Creating with the LittleBigPlanet™2: Move Pack
Movinator
The Movinator, similar to the Controlinator before it, allows you to open up the inner workings of your PlayStation Move Motion Controller and hook up the functions to affect things in your scene. This is the handy gadget that makes it easy for you to make games to play with the Move. All the buttons and swooshy movements are there to be tapped into.
If you combine the Movinator with the new Cursor Tool, then you’ll instantly find yourself able to create cursor based gameplay. By default the cursor allows you to grab any grabbable material and hurl it about the place like a wizard on a rampage. Alakazam! You can change it to perform other actions too, and can change the cursor to be any colour, or look like a sticker from your Popit.

Motion Recorder
The Motion Recorder is a gadget used to - wait for it - record motion! Specifically you can record motion and apply it to any object in your scene - You can perform simple movement, digital puppetry, or mind melting animations.
Simply fetch the Motion Recorder from your tools bag, and place it onto an object. Now all you have to do it is select the object with the cursor, using the motion controller, and it will start recording. Wave your arms about a bit, and then let go. The object will now mimic your actions, and of course you can tweak the recording to your heart’s content; slow it down, speed it up, loop it or even play it backwards. The Motion Recorder brings simple and fluid, natural movement to LittleBigPlanet in a way impossible to achieve until now.

Paint Tool
Imagine if your motion controller turned into a strange glowing paintbrush that let you paint pictures onto the TV. You’ve just imagined the Paint Tool. It’s easy to get started; simply hold down the
Button, wave your arms about and you’ll see your masterwork taking place.
You can select different brushes of different sizes, change colours from your palette or pick colours from the scene, and insert stickers from your Popit collection. With the Paint Tool any colour is yours, and any texture or sticker you can dream of can be yours too.
Combine the Paint Tool with the new Sticker Panel material and the Motion Recorder to create lively animations, and really add some life to your scene.
