Last weekend we invited a selection of Creators from around the world to come down the new Mm studio in Guildford, have a go on LittleBigPlanet 2, and put the new creation tools to the test!
The 15 strong selection of hardened Popit-eers spent 24 sleepless hours building all manner of crazy things; from top down shooters to competitive wrestling games.

These interviews are a great chance to take a little peak inside the mind of a star creator, allowing us to see what makes their brain work the way it does, so let’s dive on into the brain of Jackofcourse.

We’ve played a whole host of amazing levels; some were addictive, some made us laugh, and most made us realise that there are some very talented creators out there.
After much playing and deliberation, we have finally arrived at decisions for who should receive each of these prestigious Sackademy awards.
So here they are: the winners of the PSP Sackies 2010!
Here at LittleBigPlanet Headquarters, we’ve been playing as many of the amazing levels that have been created by the community as possible, and have decided that we needed to give some recognition to those creators who’ve really impressed us, and reeled us in with juicy gameplay, art and dialogue. We hereby announce the PSP Sackies! There are six PSP Sackademy Awards:

Did you see that back in March, LittleBigPlanet PSP won a BAFTA for best handheld game? Well it did, and as LittleBigPlanet would be a big old nothing without its community, we thought we’d give a little something back to you guys as a big thank you for all your hard work, in the form of a special XMB theme for your PSP.
We think you’ll all agree, that one of the best things about LittleBigPlanet is being able to splat stickers all over the place, so why not do the same thing to your PSP™, and add some LittleBigPlanet flavour with some special sticker icons? Combine that with an oh so lovely fabric background and big smiling Sackboy, and your PSP will be all craft-like and awesome in no time.
